"We have been with this office for 8 years and unfortunately, recently, our oldest was in a car accident. The staff was amazing and made sure that we had all the information we needed including towing and a repair shop that was able to take the car. When the process seemed to be stuck on the claims side, they were able to help and were able to get someone to assist in moving it along. Every time I have needed help or assistance someone has been able to do so. Everyone is knowledgable and understanding. I would recommend this location a million times!"

"You don't really appreciate your auto insurance coverage until you have to use it. In December 2022 I swerved to miss a tree stump in the road. Thank God no one was injured but State Farm, based on the cost of the repairs, decided to total my Jeep. I cannot express my gratitude to the State Farm claims department for how efficiently and effectively they handled every part of the process, from towing my damaged vehicle to keeping me informed of every step of the claims process. "They're great IF AND WHEN you can get ahold of them- which is tough. Once I transferred my policy from out of state it was impossible to ever get a solid connection or appointment. Emails weren't followed up on, messages not returned. Sad thing is their folks are very friendly but the last thing you need from an insurance agent is for them to ghost you when you're needing things. Ended up switching agents."
